JesusQuest International, Inc. is a faith-based ministry offering prayer and pastoral support. This policy explains what information we collect through visitjesusquest.org, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect only what you type into it:
- Consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number, general location, preferred time to be contacted, and whatever you tell us about what you would like to talk about.
- Prayer requests: your first name, email address, and your prayer request.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
We also collect standard analytics information as you browse — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Why we collect it
To respond to you. Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry, to pray over your request, and to arrange a consultation if you have asked for one. Analytics information is used to understand which parts of the site are useful and to measure our advertising.
Who sees it
Prayer requests and consultation enquiries are read by Pastor Bill and the JesusQuest prayer team. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the ministry except the service providers who operate this site on our behalf — our web host, our email delivery provider, and our email newsletter provider. Each handles your data only to provide that service to us.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure how people find and use the site and how our advertising performs. These may record your visit and the pages you view. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
If you ask to receive our prayer series or other emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. We will stop immediately.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and prayer requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for pastoral follow-up, and no longer than three years, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Asking us to delete your information
Email bill@visitjesusquest.org and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and confirm when it is done. You may also ask us for a copy of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
