What We Believe and Why We Do, What We Do

JesusQuest International is a Bible-based ministry for adults, children, and couples. Marriage restoration, overcoming addictions, freedom from stress,  healing emotional issues, and physical healing are our focus. We provide you with the tools and environment to find your true identity in God and live your life to the fullest, which is our goal.

Healing and Deliverance That Transforms

When we began the ministry of JesusQuest International, God highlighted two key Bible verses.

“For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me in; I needed clothes, and you clothed me; I was sick, and you looked after me; I was in prison, and you came to visit me. Matthew 25:35-36.”

“And, the Spirit of the Lord is upon me. He has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, deliver those who are crushed, and proclaim the year of the Lord. Luke 4:18.”

Loving God, loving others, and doing the work of the ministry by helping those in need have been our focus for all these years. We prioritize trusting God and seeking Him first as we help others navigate their life journey.

Prison Ministry: Setting the Captives Free

Ministry to those behind prison walls has been rewarding beyond words and a central focus for JesusQuest International.

It began with one prisoner, a family member, 23 years ago. His first cellmate was a satanist who was in prison for murder. He said he didn’t sleep the first few nights when he was in jail. We started sending him teachings and newsletters. One by one, other inmates began to ask for teachings until JesusQuest grew into 20 different facilities and over 300 prisoners monthly. JesusQuest sends monthly newsletters, Bibles, Christian books, Christmas cards, and more to correctional facilities. Over the years, we’ve impacted thousands of people incarcerated in Florida and Georgia.

Our team has sent envelopes, stamps, and paper to needy prisoners who have no resources to write to their children and family members. We often receive a letter saying, “I only contacted you to get the free stamps and envelopes, but after three months of reading your newsletters, I fell to my knees and gave my life to the Lord.”

We work to provide prisoners with the resources they need to find faith and hope within the confines of their cells. Our team supplies Bibles, training materials, books, and personal correspondence to inmates, fostering a connection to the Word of God and ongoing spiritual growth. We believe that regardless of someone’s past, everyone is a candidate for redemption and transformation through Christ.

Please Consider Supporting Our Prison Ministry

If you want to learn more about our prison ministry or support this essential aspect of our mission, please contact us for further information or you may donate online.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most, offering them the gift of faith, transformation, and practical tools that help them grow spiritually with the Lord. We have many confirmations that prisoners use our newsletters to disciple others and gather in Bible study groups to share the teachings.
